Due to the addition of the October 3-5 Provincial Series event, the 2025-2026 PSAP Survey will open earlier than in previous years. This will allow the behind the scenes work to be completed before the opening of October registration.
The 25-26 survey will open at 10:00 AM Monday, June 16, 2025, and must be completed by 11:59 PM Monday, July 28, 2025.

The Provincial Series Assignment Process Survey will be communicated through the following channels:
- Sent via e-mail to all subscribers of the Skate Ontario mailing list*
- Posted on Skate Ontario social media platforms
- Shared on the Skate Ontario Members Portal for clubs and skating schools
