PRACTICE ICE
Practice Ice is being hosted by the Lake Superior FSC from 12pm-2pm on Friday, January 12 at the John Rhodes Community Centre. Practice Ice registration will open on Monday, December 18, 2023, and close on Monday, January 8, 2024.
Practice Ice sessions are 30 minutes long and cost $20.00/skater.
STAR 1-4: 12pm-1pm
STAR 5-Gold: 1-2pm

MUSIC
Program music must be submitted through Uplifter as an MP3 file. This includes all Series 8 pattern dance music. You may upload your music file at the time of registration, OR you may leave the music field blank, complete your registration, then log back into your account at a later date to upload your music file. If you checkout without uploading your music file, you must log into your account and upload your music file by Sunday, December 17, 2023 at 11:59 PM. You may also edit any uploaded music file up until this date. Any late submissions will be subject to a $50 late fee.

PLANNED PROGRAM CONTENT (PPC)
PPC sheets will be collected onsite for all STAR 5 – Gold Freeskate, Artistic, Pre-Juvenile, Juvenile & Adult categories. A blank copy can be found here.
WELL WISHES
The Lake Superior FSC is inviting parents, families and clubs to place a well wishes in the Event Program. Well Wishes are $5.00 per message, to a maximum of 40 words.
Well Wishes should be emailed to [email protected] by Saturday, December 30th, 2023.
