REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Pre-Novice & Novice Categories
The registration period for Pre-Novice and Novice skaters will follow the conclusion of the final qualifying event for these categories, Sectional Series November. Once the final ranking order has been determined, qualified Pre-Novice and Novice skaters will be contacted directly via email with registration information. The registration dates will be posted on this page when available.
For the 2023/24 season, the following qualifying system will be used for entry into the 2024 Skate Ontario Sectional Championships: click here
Pre-Juvenile & Juvenile Categories
Registration for Pre-Juvenile & Juvenile categories will open at 12:00 PM EST (noon) Monday, October 2, 2023, and close at 11:59 PM EST Sunday, October 8, 2023.
PLANNED PROGRAM CONTENT (PPC)
Registrants will be asked to submit their Planned Program Content at the time of registration. You will have the option to complete the PPC fields at the time of registration, OR you may leave the fields blank, complete your registration, then log back into your account at a later date to complete your PPC information. All required PPC information must be submitted by Sunday, November 19, 2023 at 11:59 PM. You may also edit any submitted PPC information up until this date. Any late submissions will be subject to a $50 late fee.
MUSIC
Program music must be submitted through Uplifter as an MP3 file. This includes all Series 8 pattern dance music. You may upload your music file at the time of registration, OR you may leave the music field blank, complete your registration, then log back into your account at a later date to upload your music file. If you checkout without uploading your music file, you must log into your account and upload your music file by Sunday, November 19, 2023 at 11:59 PM. You may also edit any uploaded music file up until this date. Any late submissions will be subject to a $50 late fee.

IMPORTANT – Uplifter Warning Message
You may notice a red warning message on your account that reads “Warning: Awaiting Information!”. The number of available PPC fields are set to the maximum number of elements required for the highest level of each discipline. This means there may be more element fields available for completion than actual elements in your program. Once you have completed the PPC fields that are required for your level/category, you may disregard this warning message.
