Provincial Series #16 – SYS Adult Championships

Public Registration: The public registration will open at 1:00 PM ET Tuesday, January 6, 2026, and will close at 11:59 PM ET Monday, January 12, 2026.

MUSIC REQUIREMENTS

Music must be submitted through SkateReg for all categories.  Music files must be submitted as an MP3 file. You may upload your music at the time of registration, or you may complete your registration without uploading your music, then log back in to upload your music before the deadline. The deadline to submit your music is 11:59 PM Wednesday, February 18, 2026.  A late submission fee will apply to any music file that is not received by this deadline.  For full music requirements, please review the posted event announcement.

TEAM MANAGER & CHAPERONE ACCREDITATION

Accreditation tags for the 2025-2026 season have not changed. Synchro teams who have received their black Team Manager and Chaperone accreditation tags should continue to use them for the upcoming season. For new teams who have not received their accreditation tags, requests should be sent to [email protected]

For Teams who have misplaced or lost their accreditation tags, replacement tags are available for purchase. Cost of a replacement tag is $25.00. Replacement tag requests should be sent to [email protected]
