The London Skating Club is seeking a Coach to join the team for our Synchronized Skating Program (“Synchronicity”). The London Skating Club operates at various arenas in the City of London and surrounding areas. The Synchronicity programing will start with tryouts in March/April, choreography camps in June, July, and August, and regular programming beginning in September.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a complete program for your team (music, choreography, dress, etc.).
• Attend all competitions, evaluations, and performance opportunities.
• Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration and teamwork.
• Maintain open communication with the team manager, athletes, parents, and the Synchronicity committee regarding team planning and performance.
• Attend Monthly meetings with the Synchronicity Committee to report on team progress, skater recruitment, seasonal planning, etc.
• Participate in a mentorship program and work with other coaches to support the development of the entire Synchronicity program.
