Manager, High Performance

Skate Ontario is excited to welcome Terra Findlay to the Sport Department as our Manager, High Performance as of September 8, 2026.

In this role, Terra supports athletes and coaches throughout the podium pathway, fostering meaningful development opportunities and helping athletes progress toward their performance goals. Her work spans all disciplines and includes support at the Train to Train, Train to Compete, and Train to Win stages of development.

Terra brings exceptional experience to the position, having competed internationally in Singles, Pairs, and Ice Dance. She has represented both Canada and France at the world level in Pairs and Ice Dance, giving her a unique perspective on the athlete journey and the demands of high performance sport. Her diverse competitive background and passion for athlete development make her a valuable addition to our high performance team.
