Hey figure skating fans! Are you a prospective sports writer? A student looking for an opportunity to hone your reporting abilities? A figure skating fan interested in becoming more involved in the sport? The SkateOntaReporter program may be for you! 

Skate Ontario is building a team of reporters who will attend local Skate Ontario events and then publish reports of these events on our blog, In The Loop. SkateOntaReporters will serve as the on-the-ground eyes and ears of local figure skating in every corner of Ontario, working to uncover stories and to provide insights and information to fans across the province.

Successful applicants must commit to attending two virtual training sessions with Pj Kwong and Debbi Wilkes. SkateOntaReporters will receive an honorarium for each blog post published.
