Skate Ontario athletes are on the move again!
After a spectacular sweep of the national titles, all four national champions are headed to Anaheim, California for the prestigious ISU Four Continents Figure Skating Championships.
There are 18 Canadian athletes participating of which, 10 represent Ontario!
The first Four Cs as it’s commonly known, took place in Halifax in 1999 and since then, Ontario athletes have won 4 dance and 6 men’s events for a total of 10 titles and otherwise been on the podium 23 times with 9 dance, 7 men’s, 1 ladies’ and 5 pair medals.
A terrific legacy! We are definitely #SkateOntarioProud!
Here is where you can watch the events on the live stream at www.cbcsports.ca and then as a wrap-up show on CBC television. Please note all times are in ET.
Good luck skaters!
