Job Description
The Tilbury Figure Skating Club (TFSC) is seeking professional, enthusiastic, dedicated and motivated individuals to become a part of our coaching team. Our club is experiencing growth at all levels and is looking for individuals who are able to work in a team environment.
Successful candidates will:
- Be willing to coach all levels from grassroots and up.
- Provide a safe, encouraging, and positive training environment for all skaters, parents, coaches, officials, and volunteers.
- Be committed to providing a fun and inclusive training environment to foster the development of all our skaters.
We provide programs from September – April at Tilbury Arena – 49 Bond Ave, Tilbury, ON N0P 2L0.
Qualifications
- Regional Coach in Training or higher
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A reliable and committed work ethic
- Must hold a valid First Aid certificate
- Registered Skate Canada Professional Coach in good standing
- NCCP certified coaches must maintain a renewed NCCP certification status as per the Coaching Association of Canada’s (CAC) Maintenance of Certification Policy.
