Job Description
Join our dynamic coaching team at Mississauga SC, offering programs 6 days a week at Tomken and Iceland Arenas. We’re seeking a dedicated Coach who is eager to grow with our club long-term. We are the proud winner of the Skate Ontario 2024 Club of the Year Award.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach CanSkate and STARSkate programs.
- Foster a positive team culture and atmosphere.
- Help maintain and surpass the high standards of the CanSkate Excellence program (we have Exceeded Standard)
- Striving for achievement in the STAR 1-5 Excellence program.
- Must commit to coaching at least 2 days per week.
Schedules:
Must be available to coach on Mondays and/or Tuesdays – additional days are a possibility.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
- Regional Coach Certified or higher
- Minimum 3 years coaching experience
- Motivated, dynamic, and committed to continuous education.
- Passionate about team coaching and building a strong community for the benefit of our skaters.
- Seeking a long-term commitment to our club
