Job Description
Waterford Tricenturarena Skating Club is looking for a Canskate Coach-Trained for our fall winter 2026-2027 season
Our classes take place in two arenas
Simcoe, Ontario – Monday nights and Saturday afternoons
Waterford, Ontario – Thursday nights
Candidates do not have to be available for all dates and locations but we are looking for consistency each night for our multi week program (ie same coaching team all mondays)

Qualifications
Qualifications to be met by September 1, 2026:
- CanSkate In-Training status or higher
- To be a Registered Skate Canada Professional Coach in Good Standing:
- Must hold a valid First Aid Certificate
- Maintain a renewed NCCP certification status as per the Coaching Association of Canada’s (CAC) Maintenance of Certification Policy
- Have agreed to the Skate Canada Code of Ethics
- Complete the Respect in Sport Activity Leader Training
- Complete Back Check (18 years and older)
