Job Description
The Richmond Hill Figure Skating Club (RHFSC) seeks coaches for the upcoming 2024/2025 Fall/Winter season.
RHFSC offers the following programs: PreCanskate, Canskate, STARSkate, Teen/Adult CanSkate and AdultSTARSkate. Our programs for the Fall/Winter run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at the Elgin Barrow Arena in Richmond Hill.
We are looking to fill sessions:
Monday
-
5:00 – 5:50 pm CanSkate
Friday
-
5:00 – 6:00 pm Star 1 – 2
-
6:00 – 6:50 pm CanSkate
More sessions will be available as numbers increase
Qualifications
Coaching Qualifications:
- NCCP CanSkate in-training or higher
- Must be in good standing with Skate Canada
- Must be familiar with the current CanSkate delivery standards
- Willing to adhere to Skate Ontario’s CanSkate Excellence Program
- Demonstrates commitment to developing skaters in a fun, positive environment
- Able to work in a team coaching environment
