Skate Ontario has developed an Incorporation Resource  for our not-for-profit clubs. This resource provides the benefits of incorporation, the potential risks for unincorporated organizations, and outlines the process an organization would take to incorporate within Ontario. Even if your club is already incorporated, the resource outlines some ongoing corporate maintenance requirements for your organization.
