**Out of Province Teams** Please do NOT book ANY travel arrangements until registration is complete and the schedule has been created. This schedule for this year’s event will not necessarily be scheduled the same as last year.

REGISTRATION
Registration will open at 10:00 AM ET Thursday, November 20, 2025.
Registration for all categories will close at 11:59 PM ET Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
MUSIC & PLANNED PROGRAM CONTENT (PPC) REQUIREMENTS
Music & PPC must be submitted through SkateReg for all categories. Music files must be submitted as an MP3 file. You may upload your music & PPC at the time of registration, or you may complete your registration without completing the music & PPC fields, then log back into your account at a later date to complete your music & PPC fields. The deadline to submit your music & PPC is 11:59 PM Monday, January 12, 2026. A late submission fee will apply to any music file that is not received by this deadline. For full music requirements, please review the posted event announcement.
TEAM MANAGER & CHAPERONE ACCREDITATION
Accreditation tags for the 2025-2026 season have not changed. Synchro teams who have received their Black Team Manager and Chaperone accreditation tags from either the 23/24 or 24/25 should continue to use their tags for the upcoming season. For new teams who have not received their accreditation tags, requests should be sent to [email protected].
For Teams who have misplaced or lost their accreditation tags, replacement tags are available for purchase. Cost of a replacement tag is $25.00. Replacement tag requests should be sent to [email protected].
