REGISTRATION
Assigned Athlete Registration: Registration for assigned athletes will open at 10:00 AM ET Thursday, October 2, 2025, and must be completed by 11:59 PM ET Monday, October 6, 2025. Assigned athletes who do not complete their registration before the deadline must wait for public registration.
Special Olympics: Special O categories will be added by request. Please email [email protected] to have your category added to registration. Registration for Special O skaters will take place during the Assigned Athlete Registration period.
Public Registration Waitlist: The public registration waitlist will open at 1:00 PM ET Tuesday, October 7, 2025, and will close at 11:59 PM ET Monday, October 13, 2025. For more information, please review the posted event announcement.
MUSIC REQUIREMENTS
Music must be submitted through SkateReg for all categories. Music files must be submitted as an MP3 file – this includes all pattern dance categories, even if using Series 8 music. The deadline to submit your music is 11:59 PM Wednesday, November 26, 2025. A late submission fee will apply to any music file that is not received by this deadline. Music changes will be accepted after this deadline via email until Sunday, December 7, 2025. For full music requirements, please review the posted event announcement.
