Please note – The Skate Ontario office will be closed starting at 4:00 pm ET on Tuesday December 23, 2025, and will re-open at 8:00 am ET on Monday, January 5, 2026. Skate Ontario wishes everyone a safe and happy holiday season!
The schedule has now been posted. Official entry lists by group will be posted by Friday, January 9, 2026. Please note: the tech rep has a list of skaters in more than one category at this event. Athletes will be placed in appropriate groups to avoid conflicts.
Synchro Athletes: If you have a conflict with Synchro Series Oakville, please email [email protected] with the athlete’s name, category for Provincial Series Brampton, team name and category for Synchro Series Oakville by Sunday, January 4th. We will endeavor to place your athlete in a non-conflicting group where possible. We cannot guarantee that all synchro conflicts can be accommodated. All other group requests cannot be accommodated.
MUSIC REQUIREMENTS
Music must be submitted through SkateReg for all categories. Music files must be submitted as an MP3 file – this includes all pattern dance categories, even if using Series 8 music. The deadline to submit your music is 11:59 PM Wednesday, January 14, 2026. A late submission fee will apply to any music file that is not received by this deadline. Music changes will be accepted after this deadline via email until Sunday, January 18, 2026. For full music requirements, please review the posted event announcement.
