Tristan collaborates with partner host skating clubs and schools in event planning, logistics, and execution. He manages event registration, develops and maintains event hosting tools and resources, and provides support for the Skate Ontario event bid application process. Tristan also participates in the Provincial and STAR 1-4 Athlete Assignment process.
