Krystyna leads the technical and operational deployment of the ElevateON program, ensuring that participating member organizations adhere to Skate Ontario’s standards through direct coach mentorship, program auditing, and on-site implementation support. She is the first point of contact for member clubs and skating schools interested in and participating in ElevateON.
