Jordan Derochie

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McMaster University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and is currently completing a Bachelor of Civil Law and Juris Doctor at McGill University. His academic and professional experiences have built strong skills in governance, policy, and risk management. In his role as an advisor to a Member of Parliament and as Chair of a quasi-judicial tribunal, Jordan has developed valuable experience in strategic advising, collaboration, and fair decision-making—skills that translate directly to board service.

With more than twenty years in figure skating, he has been involved as a Judge, Technical Controller, Assessor, and Evaluator in multiple disciplines. This experience has given him a broad understanding of athlete development, program delivery, and the challenges faced by skating communities across Ontario.
