SKATE Keewatin is a family-oriented, community-based skating club and is the furthest skating club to the west in Ontario. Our club will be celebrating 70 years of skating in Keewatin in 2025.
Our club philosophy is to support a skater’s individual goals and to provide a safe and welcoming environment to participate in our sport.
We have three Regional Certified coaches, one being a Canskate University Graduate Coach and a Kenora Sports Hall of Fame Inductee as well as one being a Star 1 to Gold Skills Assessor.
Each year we support our community as a Club and participate in the Terry Fox Run, Kenora and Lake of the Woods Regional Community Foundation’s Festival of Trees and Christmas Miracle Marathon.
