The New Hamburg Skating Club, our amazing coaches and volunteer board of directors, have been entrusted with your children for over 50 years to teach and provide children and adults instruction in ice skating in our community.
Our club offers program for learning to skate (CanSkate for school age and adults and PreCanSkate for preschoolers), Figure Skating (STARSkate Intro, Junior and Senior levels) and Canpower for hockey. We are a larger club in Canada and very successful in delivering quality skating programs.
Our CanSkate and PreCanSkate programs are designed to teach basic skating skills for beginners. It is a Nationally regulated program that teaches the ABC’s of skating – Agility, Balance and Control. Whether skating for pleasure or someone wanting to figure skate, play hockey, ringette or speed skate we have Certified Professional Coaches ready to help every skater achieve their personal goals.
