Established in 1974, Forest Hill Figure Skating Club is dedicated to teaching skaters of all ages. Located at the Larry Grossman Forest Hill Memorial Arena (340 Chaplin Crescent, two blocks north of Eglinton), we have a team of certified Skate Canada coaches who are dedicated to maintaining high quality programming in an enjoyable, safe and positive setting.
We’re proud to offer an array of programs for all ages and abilities: these include PreCanSkate and CanSkate for new skaters; CanPowerSkate for hockey players; STARSkate Development for newly interested figure skaters; and Academy figure skating sessions for those interested in the STARSkate test stream and Competitive Skate streams of figure skating.
We also cater to those coming to skating later in life with Adult and “Double Digit” (ages 10-16) classes.
Our regular skating season takes place from September to May. We also run half-day skating camps for children of all skating abilities during the December winter holiday, March Break and Passover. Our programs fill up quickly, but we always welcome new skaters in available sessions.
We hope that we can share our love of skating with you!
