Job Description

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and monthly reports.
  • Administer the Club’s registration and financial information within the Amilia platform.
  • Prepare and manage customer and skater account statements.
  • Manage and maintain Club inventory records and needs.
  • Complete banking activities, including deposits and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Coordinate the annual financial audit and serve as the primary liaison with the external auditor.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), Club policies, and applicable legislation.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Club as required.
