Skate Ontario is proud to recognize Therese Bilsborough as the recipient of the 2026 Skate Ontario Data Specialist Award, celebrating her dedication, passion, and ongoing commitment to figure skating.

This honour celebrates Therese’s outstanding commitment to excellence in supporting the sport through data and information management.

Skate Canada Data Specialists are trained, certified officials responsible for calculating and tabulating competition results. They manage electronic scoring systems, and ensure that the marks awarded by judges and the technical panel are accurately reflected in the final standings. Therese’s attention to detail and consistent contributions play a vital role in enhancing the skating experience for athletes, coaches, and clubs across the province.
