At Flamboro Skating Club, we recognize that great coaching comes at all stages of development. Whether you are relatively new to coaching or have years of experience, we value what you bring to our club and our team.

We are seeking CanSkate and STARSkate coaches who are committed to delivering high-quality, structured, and intentional programming. Whether you are an emerging coach looking for mentorship or an experienced professional who thrives in a standards-driven environment, FSC offers a setting where your contributions on and off the ice are meangingful and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver CanSkate and STARSkate group programming (as qualified), aligned with Skate Canada and Skate Ontario standards
• Plan and execute sesions that are organized, purposeful, and engaging
• Lead regular off-ice classes for STARSkaters
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all participants
• Collaborate with the Program Director and coaching team
• Communicate effectively with skaters and families
• Contribute to club initiatives, events, and overall program develpment
• Uphold all professional standards, including Safe Sport policies
