Job Description
The Woodbridge Figure Skating Club is a community-oriented skating club seeking qualified candidates to expand our CanSkate Coaching team for the upcoming 2025/26 season. Coaching opportunities are for our PreCanSkate, CanSkate and possibly higher programs.
WFSC operates out of The Al Palladini Community Centre located at 9201 Islington Ave., Woodbridge. We offer skating sessions Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and possibly Fridays.
Successful candidates will be reliable, highly motivated and willing to work with our team and provide a safe, fun and positive environment for our skaters and their families.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
CanSkate Coach Qualifications
–
Skate Canada professional NCCP CanSkate Coach certified or in training
–
must be in good standing with Skate Canada
–
must be a registered coach with Skate Canada for the 2025/26 season
–
must hold a valid first aid certificate
–
complete BackCheck screening
–
must have agreed to the Skate Canada Coaches Code of Ethics
–
must complete the Respect in Sport Activity Leader Training
–
coaches who are certified in CanPowerSkate is a bonus
