Skate Ontario is pleased to invite coaches from across the province to join us at our inaugural Coach Conference!

Join us in beautiful Niagara-On-The-Lake from May 2 to May 4, 2025 for an event dedicated to empowering coaches with the knowledge, skills, and inspiration to foster holistic athlete development. Conference registration is available to coaches with NCCP Regional-In-Training status and higher who are In Good Standing with Skate Canada.

We’ve assembled a lineup of powerhouse speakers and on-ice facilitators from across the skating and sport worlds to walk participants through discussion topics including athlete-focused coaching, mental performance, team dynamics, and overall athlete well-being. We’re pleased to introduce the first of these speakers, Dr. Beth McCharles and Lee Barkell, today. Stay tuned, as we’ll be announcing more speakers soon!
