This Elmvale Skating Club (ESC) is looking for PreCan, CanSkate, and StarSkate Professional Coaches for our upcoming 2024-2025 season. In our 2023-2024 season, our club grew with approximately 300 registrations, and we achieved the CanSkate Excellence award.  It was a fantastic year.  With this growth and success, we are looking for coaches to join our team so we can continue to grow our club. Our club is located approximately 20 minutes North of Barrie.  We currently offer PreCan, CanSkate, CanSkate Advanced, PowerSkate and StarSkate programs.  We are also looking to grow a competitive team.

We are actively seeking Club and Freelance Coaches who are enthusiastic, motivated and have a passion for coaching in a team environment. Our sessions run on Monday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings, from the end of August to the end of March.

Applicants will be considered for coaching PreCan, CanSkate, CanSkate Advanced and/or STARSkate programs. Successful candidates must demonstrate a commitment to excellence, work well with others, have a desire to work with kids and support our athletes’ long-term development.

ESC is a proud member of the CanSkate Excellence Program and our team is committed to maintaining our ‘Excellence’ status in the delivery of our CanSkate programming.
