Katherine Bobak & Ian Beharry took second place at the ISU Junior Grand Prix event in Gdansk, Poland. This was their first major competition together as a team.
After the short program, they sat in fifth place with 41.63 points. They earned 90.91 in the free program, for a total of 132.54 points, moving them up to second place.
Katie, 17, and Ian, 19, are both from Guelph, Ontario. They train at the Kitchener-Waterloo Skating Club with coaches Kris & Kristy Wirtz.
