Immediate Opportunity –  CanSkate/StarSkate Coach

Watford Skating Club located in Watford, Ontario is a growing club that has a very sought after Canskate program and growing Star/Competitive skate programs training year-round. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated coach with strong communication skills who is excited about teaching all levels and abilities.

The successful candidate must be available to provide coaching coverage on PreCanSkate and CanSkate through to all levels of STARSkate.

The Applicant must:

• be a Skate Canada Certified NCCP Regional or Provincial Coach, meeting all current Skate Canada requirements
• have a proven history of success in coaching
• well versed in Skills, Dance and Freeskate
• able to teach CanPower, skills and edges to advanced hockey players
• be an excellent communicator
• be reliable and committed
• enjoy working with children, teens and adults
• be in good standing with Skate Canada
