Skate Canada Shelburne – CanSkate Coach Needed

Skate Canada Shelburne is seeking a CanSkate Coach to join our coaching team. Sessions run Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00-6:50pm.

Qualifications:

Applicants must hold (at a minimum) an In-Training Club Coach – CanSkate NCCP status and be a registered Skate Canada coach in ‘Good Standing’ which includes:

1. Valid First Aid
2. BackCheck screening – status must show as ‘Clear’
3. Completed Respect in Sport Certification
4.  Agreed to / completion of the Skate Canada Code of Ethics module

Additional qualifications:

1. CanPowerSkate Certified and/or Regional Coach In-Training NCCP status or higher would be an asset.
